Dr. Tonyalı completed his urology residency at Hacettepe University and received endourology training at Universitätsklinikum Freiburg, Germany. At the Istanbul Faculty of Medicine and, part-time, at Liv Hospital Topkapı, he provides patient-focused care in HoLEP, robotic surgery, endoscopic stone surgery (RIRS, PCNL), Rezum and men's sexual health.

A one-year HoLEP fellowship at Universitätsklinikum Freiburg with an EAU (European Association of Urology) scholarship. Member of the Turkish Urological Association and the Endourology and EAU YAU Endourology and Urolithiasis working groups.

Over a 15-year academic career, he has focused on endourology and minimally invasive surgery.
